About Us

Bryan Stange has been a licensed general contractor since 2011. Bryan started building in Wilmington, NC, renovating single family houses. Upon moving to Charleston, Bryan worked for a large commercial builder, which specialized in redevelopment work, and historic restoration projects.
Bryan is a past president of the Charleston Contractors' Association.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys fly fishing, boat building, and spending time with his wife Kendell and their three boys, Murphy, Reid, and Winslow.

After ten years immersed in the developer led New York City multifamily housing industry, Nicholas Rehberg came to Charleston to shift into construction and development. Nicholas brings a comprehensive understanding of design and construction that is driven by efficiency well as spatial sophistication and construction quality. With past project experience ranging from affordable and luxury housing to commercial retail spaces; infill townhomes to skyscrapers; he is uniquely qualified to execute projects of the mix and scale most advantageous to the current market.

Kendell Stange is a Certified Public Accountant. She manages the business side of Spartina, allowing Nicholas and Bryan to focus on designing and building.
Kendell spent 15 years in public accounting, working the last 6 years at Elliott Davis here in Charleston. As a tax senior manager at Elliott Davis, Kendell specialized in construction and real estate clients, serving some of the larger commercial and sitework contractors in the Charleston area.
Kendell enjoys playing piano, and she teaches children to play as well. She and her husband, Bryan, have three boys, Murphy, Reid and Winslow. Kendell's cocker spaniel, Pogie, is rarely far from her side.
